The Committee on behalf of the Formula Vee Association of Queensland (FVAQ), administers Formula Vee racing within Queensland. This includes operating the club championship; the financial role as promoter of events; competitor communications and assistance; active liaison with Formula Vee Association of Australia in regards to technical regulations and sporting matters; promotion and marketing; fund raising and social events.
The FVAQ is governed by the by-laws as set out in the Formula Vee Queensland Constitution. The Committee works to ensure Formula Vee remains an affordable and accessible form of motorsport.
Mark joined Formula Vee Qld in 2020 and joined the committee in 2022 as Category Manager.

Tim has a long history in working on Formula Vee cars but only joined the club in 2020. This is his second year on the committee. .
Bruce joined the FVAQ in 2004 and has been the Treasurer since 2005.

With almost 2 decades in the club Scott is our oldest member (in duration of membership but not age). He has served on the committee many times over the years and this is now his second consecutive year as Secretary .
Ed is a newcomer to FVAQ having only joined in 2021. He is serving on the committee for the first time after a successful year on the track in 2022 claiming Rookie of the Year .
Sean is another newcomer to the club also having joined in 2021. Sean was a successful iRacer before deciding to try the real thing and has a Youtube Channel detailing his transition from the screen to the track .
John has provided technical oversight for the club since the dinosaurs walked the earth. This year he has been awarded Life Membership for his services to the club. There are many, many drivers who thought their weekend was finished early but were helped back onto the track by John.
